Siebel Sales and Analytics Software Engineer

The Information Management Solutions practice at International Innovations is looking for a candidate having base Siebel configuration skills with Siebel Tools. Candidate must have capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience developing Siebel applications in 7.5.X or/and 7.8.X environment. Candidate should be able to communicate and interact with the application business areas and users. Candidate would be responsible to design, develop, and perform modification for the project and meet project deliverables.

Requirements :

Minimum two years of experience in Siebel having worked on 7.5.X or 7.8.X implementation/support and maintenance/upgrade projects.

Siebel Tools configuration, Business Service, eScript, Assignment manager and Workflow experience.

Strong understanding of Siebel architecture and data model.

Expertise with at least one development language/environment: .NET, VB, C#, C/C++, Java, etc

Relational database SQL skills required to review and evaluate complex operational queries.

Web development skills with significant experience in creating and modifying web templates using HTML

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical knowledge and best practices of Siebel configuration and customizations.

Ability to apply appropriate design and software development methodologies to design, code, test, implement, and modify systems.

Ability to prepare, write, and review system documentation

Ability to perform technical proposal analysis, design, drafting, application testing, fail over and fail back testing, monitoring and issue resolution.

Desired :

Siebel 7 certification

Development experience in Sales\Service module.

Development knowledge or work experience in PL/SQL

Strong technical architecture knowledge of ETL tools, data staging techniques, metadata tools, and data base design

Top-tier consulting experience preferred

Flexibility to travel
