Business Intelligence Architect / Principal Consultant

Role Description:
We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Architect with significant technical background to fulfill the following objectives:
- Architect data warehousing solutions for our clients
- Be responsible for the reporting strategy including reports development, analytics application development, ETL development and data warehouse development.
- Manage the development team
- Own the responsibility for successful development and delivery
- Work with business users and technical teams to convert requirements into systems specifications
- Verify deliverables and results of the development
- Help put together processes for managing analytics projects with on shore and off shore components.
Ideal Candidate should possess the following Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related engineering degree
- Demonstrated experience leading data warehousing or business intelligence implementations
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in application development and tuning with a commercial RDBMS, preferably Oracle and\or SQL Server
- Demonstrated experience in data warehouse data modeling
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.
- 5+ years of technical experience in data warehousing, data management, and business intelligence architectures and tools
- Strong technical architecture knowledge of ETL tools, data staging techniques, metadata tools, and data base design
- Minimum 5 years technical architecture experience specifically in business intelligence front end tools including reporting, query, OLAP and Data Mining
- Strong technical understanding of CRM process flows and how they relate to establishing data warehousing, data management, and analytic architectures
- Strong technical knowledge of SA DWD tools, processing optimization, data reconciliation, logging/reprocessing and database designs
- Top-tier consulting experience preferred
- Flexibility to travel
