As a Co-Founder and CEO of Innovations, Piyush is responsible for managing the company, formulating and executing long-term strategy, and for all interactions with clients, employees, partners, investors and other stakeholders.

Piyush has over 17 years of successful experience in product development and solutions delivery with Fortune 500 companies. He has held multiple leadership roles ranging from engineering to product management, sales, professional services, operations and marketing.

Prior to Innovations, Piyush was responsible for managing interactive selling and customer order management products at Siebel Systems. He managed products like the Siebel Pricer and Siebel Customer Order Management which had sales of over $50M in the first year of product launch. Prior to Siebel, Piyush worked as a core team member of the optimization product line at Talus Solutions. Piyush helped develop the core products group where he was responsible for building the core algorithms and engine in the Target Pricing product. The company raised $35M in funding for its Target Pricing products and it was later acquired by Manugistics for $350M.

Piyush holds six patents in the pricing and rules engines space. He has also delivered several lectures on the future of pricing technology.

Piyush has an MBA from The Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. He also holds a Masters degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Rajiv is a co-founder of International Innovations and plays roles in various capacities to strategically, tactically and operationally guide the organization. Specifically, he has been involved in driving sales management and marketing functions in addition to providing guidance on pricing, productivity and efficiency improvement charters.

Rajiv has more than 16 years of diverse experience in successfully directing strategy consulting and technology research businesses, primarily in the emerging technology fields. His consulting experience spans several verticals such as Security, Measurement & Instrumentation, Chemicals & Materials, Electronics, Energy, and Healthcare amongst others. His roles have ranged from sales/BD, marketing, business and market analysis, project management, outsourcing, business acquisition and integration, and global business unit leadership.

Currently, Rajiv also works for Frost & Sullivan, a Global Growth Consulting firm, as a Partner and Senior Vice President. In his current role, he leads the global Technology Research group. Rajiv is also a specialist in outsourcing and spearheads a number of company-wide initiatives such as driving best practices in sales management in Asia and integration of newly acquired companies and offices in 21 countries.

Rajiv has an MBA from the University of Antwerp, Belgium and Bachelors in Business Studies from Delhi University, India.

As a VP of Business Intelligence, Pravin is responsible for helping customers create effective BI strategies through IT and business domain expertise. He oversees multiple end-to-end project developments with a focus on achieving quicker implementation and higher return on the customer’s technology investments.

Pravin has over 28 years of Information Systems consulting experience at Fortune 500 companies. This includes over 16 years of extensive experience in architecting and building Business Intelligence, Global Enterprise Data Warehouse solutions and Database Management. His experience spans across multiple verticals including financial services, mortgage, credit card, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical.

Pravin has successfully held senior management and technical leadership positions supporting both development and production environments for leading global corporations. A strong leader, Pravin has recruited, coached and mentored large as well as small teams on projects.

In his most recent position, Pravin worked at Oracle Corp., as a Principal in its North American Business Intelligence Consulting Practice. In this role he was responsible for leading several project teams on designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions using Oracle BI EE and Siebel Analytics technology.

Prior to joining Oracle, Pravin worked as a Principal at Knightsbridge Solutions. He spent 12 years as a President and Chief Architect at Click Click, Inc. He held several other leadership positions related to systems development and brings in an array of experience of leading projects in global environment.

Pravin holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering with minor in Computer Science from University of Bombay, India.
